These artists, writers, and makers have contributed creative works celebrating Durham's beauty, history, and culture that you can find in the Hyperlocal Durham vending machine in the Durham Food Hall. OPEN-SOURCE PASSPORTS
Hyperlocal works with local community orgs to create free, fun, interactive "passport" style zines as low-barrier ways for folks to get to know the city. You can print any of these black and white zines at home and take them with you on your adventures to receive stamps from different community partners!
Note: All our artwork for zines and stamps are handmade in-house - no AI slop and no boilerplate templates. Our stamps of Durham storefronts are engraved at the Durham County Library Makerspace. Each passport is commissioned by the community partners listed so that we can make these initiatives as widely accessible as possible. If you would like to get a full color copy or prints of any of the artwork, you can get a copy from the Hyperlocal Durham vending machine downtown.
If printing at home, make sure you set the PDF to scale 100% when you print for best alignment!
